Dear All Please find attached some info from Department heads. The important part here is first a status on the work related to reorganisation of the ward and outpatient clinic. The second is more serious as it is a description of procedures related to access to patient files. It is very important to be familiar with the procedures and particular the don’t in this process. I assume that not many of you who works with electron patient files does not know how to read this info in danish. If my assumption is wrong and you don’t understand the procedures please consult your supervisor or me and we can go through the rules.
