Dear all, Another kind reminder about the agenda upcoming monthly project meeting on 29/01 This meeting will primarily be used to follow up on the sensor installation and infrastructure development plan for the use cases, as this is a critical activity for the project. We expect all pilot partners and supporting technical partners to be present, so they can update us on the progress. A tentative agenda is as follows, but we can be flexible if necessary. Dear all, Thank you for your active engagement and participation in the GA meeting in Karlsruhe. Please see these important messages related to the bi0SpaCE monthly and WP meetings, Monthly project meeting on 29/01: The next monthly project management meeting will primarily be used to follow up on the sensor installation and infrastructure development plan for the use cases, as this is a critical activity for the project. We expect all pilot partners and supporting technical partners to be present, so they can update us on the progress. For the aforementioned reason, we do not expect WP leaders to provide a detailed WP update during this meeting. Regular WP updates will resume as usual in the following meeting. Monthly WP meetings: I would like to kindly remind all WP leaders to include risk identification and mitigation plans as a standing point in your monthly WP meetings from now on. Each WP is expected to: * Actively track the main risks relevant to its activities * Define and update appropriate mitigation measures * Review the status of these risks regularly during the monthly WP meetings This will help us identify potential issues early, ensure timely corrective actions, and maintain a consistent overview of risks across the project. Please make sure that risks and corresponding mitigation plans for your WP are documented and kept up to date. Thank you very much for your cooperation and continued efforts.
