[vip-all] Procedure for rejseafregninger: AURUS / in english below

Kære VIP´er I forbindelse med rejseafregninger får I nu 3 metoder I kan vælge imellem: 1. I kan lave det hele selv. 2. I kan udfylde alle oplysninger i AURUS og give kvitteringerne til sekretæren. Så ordner hun (eller Ute, vores studentermedhjælp) dem og I godkender det hele i AURUS. 3. I kan aflevere alt til sekretæren, MEN så skal I udfylde og aflevere vedlagte oplysningsskema sammen med jeres bilag. Sekretæren eller Ute vil så lave afregningen. Disse oplysninger skal vi bruge for at kunne lave rejseafregningen for jer. Skemaet kan udfyldes elektronisk og ligger på hjemmesiden: http://phys.au.dk/fileadmin/site_files/intern/dk/Oplysningsskema_rejseafregn... _______________________________________ Dear VIPs In relation to your travel statement you now have 3 different options to chose from: 1. You can do the entire travel statement yourself 2. You can fill in all the information in AURUS and give your secretary your receipts. She (or Ute, our student assistant) will fill in the remaining, after which you approve the travel statement in AURUS 3. You can ask your secretary to do the entire travel statement. BUT you must then fill in and hand over the attached information form together with your receipts and a copy of your itinerary to the secretary. She or Ute will do your travel statement for you. It is however a condition that the secretary receives all relevant information - otherwise she will not be able to do your travel statement for you.
