Welcome to Synergy Days 2025! – next steps of your participation
Dear bi0SpaCe consortium members, Along with our sister project ARGONAUT, the bi0SpaCE project will be attending the Synergy Days event in Rotterdam this year. At the event we plan to participate in the following 1. Collaborative workshop with ARGONAUT, which includes some interactive demonstrations of the AAS/DT capabilities from FhG 2. Exhibition of bi0SpaCE in a booth I have already registered for this event on behalf of bi0SpaCE and as a part of the participation package, we will receive 5 free tickets for the event. For now, the participants from bi0SpaCE will be Ina and me. We would like to encourage additional participation across the consortium. If you would also like to attend this event and utilize these free tickets, please let me know. Below you can find some information on the next steps of your participation and preparation for the event. Communications package Attached you will find the Synergy Days 2025 participation email signature, which all projects can use in their mailing. To kick off the promotion of your project’s participation in Synergy Days 2025, we would need the following information from you: Your project logo in high quality A project summary (up to 80 words) Your project’s social media channels The name and contact details of your communication contact point A response to the question “What is the power of synergies in the digital agri-food sector?” (up to 70 words) to be used for social media promotion We kindly ask you to provide this information by Friday 15 August 2025. Interview on Synergy Portal As part of your participation package, your project will be featured on the Synergy Portal<https://www.synergyportal.eu/> which has over 4000 users from more than 1000 companies. Attached in this email you will find the interview template to fill out. We kindly ask you to provide this information by Friday 15 August 2025. Exhibition As part of your participation package, you will have a spot at the exhibition. The exhibition spot includes a table and 2 chairs. For uniformity, each project is assigned to 9m2. You are of course welcome to bring supporting materials, such as roll-up banners and flyers. If you plan to bring larger items for demonstrations, please let us know and we will discuss it with the venue. For building a stand with walls and accessing things like TVs, you can discuss this directly with the venue’s supplier A-booth. You can find their prices here<https://webshop1.a-booth.nl/en/>. In the months leading up to the event, we will be holding a preparation session on this, more information will be shared closer to the date. Registration of individual participants This year, we are introducing paid participation for the event. As part of your participation package, you receive 5 free tickets for the event.
