Dear all, As discussed during today’s monthly project status meeting, the upcoming 18M General Assembly will be hosted by CARTIF. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please, to facilitate the organization of the GA, we have prepared the usual Excel sheet, where we kindly ask you to filled in your details and whether you are going to attend in person or online. Regarding the social dinner, we will provide further details about the time and venue in the coming weeks. Also, as mentioned during the meeting, the plan for the first day is to organize a visit to NATURAE’s facilities by bus after the different meeting sessions. Afterwards, we will travel to Valladolid downtown, where the social dinner will take place. More detailed information will be shared in the coming weeks. Dear Clemente, From AU we have made a last minute change for attendance that should not affect the organization, except for the dietary restrictions/allergy. Pavan had registered to represent AU in the GA. He will not participate and I will participate instead. I deleted his response in the excel file (column 17) and added my self instead (column 14).
