Dear Clemente,

From AU we have made a last minute change for attendance that should not affect the organization, except for the dietary restrictions/allergy.

Pavan had registered to represent AU in the GA. He will not participate and I will participate instead. I deleted his response in the excel file (column 17) and added my self instead (column 14).

This is the final reminder before the deadline to please complete the attendance Excel sheet (bi0SpaCE – M18 meeting_attendance list.xlsx) if you have not done so yet.
We have noticed that some partners have not filled it in yet. Please make sure to do so as soon as possible, as this information is necessary for CARTIF to properly organize the meeting logistics.
