On 7 May, you and your fellow students at Aarhus University will gain access to a new email system, Microsoft Exchange (Outlook), and Teams in Microsoft 365. The address books in these systems will include names and contact information for all students and staff at Aarhus University. If you were granted name and address protection in the CPR register before 1 November 2024 and wish to remain anonymous in Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) and Teams, you must change your alias in AU's systems.
