Kære studerende 

Du får denne besked, da AU IT kan se, at du har navne- og adressebeskyttelse i CPR-registeret.  

Den 7. maj får du og dine medstuderende adgang til et nyt mailsystem Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) og samarbejdsplatformen Teams, hvor adressebøgerne som udgangspunkt vil indeholde navne og kontaktoplysninger på alle studerende og medarbejdere.  

Hvis du ønsker det, har du mulighed for selv at vælge et navn, som fremgår i de af AU’s systemer, hvor navne vises for medarbejdere og studerende. Et såkaldt kaldenavn. 

Hvis du har fået navne- og adressebeskyttelse før 1. november 2024 og ønsker at være anonym i Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) og Teams, skal du selv ændre dit kaldenavn i AU’s systemer. Se, hvordan du ændrer det under Dit kaldenavn i AU’s systemer. 

Hvis du har fået navne- og adressebeskyttelse efter 1. november 2024, har AU automatisk ændret dit kaldenavn til en række tal, som sikrer dig anonymitet i Exchange og Teams. Du opfordres til at ændre denne talrække til et kaldenavn, du selv vælger, via ovenstående link.

Dear student, 

You are receiving this message because AU IT has identified that you have name and address protection registered in the CPR register. 

On 7 May, you and your fellow students at Aarhus University will gain access to a new email system, Microsoft Exchange (Outlook), and Teams in Microsoft 365. The address books in these systems will include names and contact information for all students and staff at Aarhus University. 

If you wish, you can choose an alias that will appear in the AU systems where names are visible to employees and students. 

If you were granted name and address protection in the CPR register before 1 November 2024 and wish to remain anonymous in Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) and Teams, you must change your alias in AU’s systems. You can find instructions on how to do this under Alias in AU’s systems. 

If you were granted name and address protection after 1 November 2024, AU has automatically changed your alias to a sequence of numbers to ensure your anonymity in Exchange and Teams. We encourage you to change this sequence of numbers to an alias of your own choosing via the link above.
