This mailing list is the main communication hub for STEEM: the Center for the Study of Technological, Emerging, and Ethical Methods. We are dedicated to the lively discussion of topics around how we study, critically analyze, and intervene in deep mediatization, networked cultures, the social impact of datafication, algorithmic processes, algorithmic identity politics, cultures as flows, and posthuman interactions. We welcome diverse opinions. We are a safe zone, which means we will moderate if members of the community experience harassment, trolling, or bullying. To post a message to all the list members, send email to steem.cc@maillist.au.dk. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.

Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email.
