Dear all (only relevant if you intend to apply for the Villum Young Investigator grant), Please find attached the Research Support Office process plan for the Villum Young Investigator call https://veluxfoundations.dk/en/call-villum-young-investigators with deadline on June 8th 2022. Please note, that the RSO can provide full support for only a limited number of applicants (around 2 per department), and the departments should therefore send a list of applicants in prioritised order, when signing up for RSO support. This prioritization will be performed according to criteria like scientific age, citations pr. publication, impact factor of the journals in which you have published, h-index etc. and the relevance of your project to the research performed at IFA. Please also see the attached, updated benchmarking document that may give you an idea of how likely it is that your application will be successful. If you plan to apply, and you would like to be enrolled in the RSO process and/or get local support in the form of e.g. a pitch session, please send me an e-mail by Thursday 21st of April at noon at the latest, addressing the above mentioned criteria, your request for local and/or RSO support and a short description of your research idea and field.
