I år registrerer vi holdene gennem universitetet, så modsat tidligere udmelding er der intet tilmeldingsgebyr. *Bemærk venligst at det er sidste gang AU uddeler T-shirts til alle tilmeldte. Fra næste år vil der kun være AU T-shirts til nye deltagere, så pas godt på den! Ph.d.-studerende og ansatte kan tilmelde hold med 5 deltagere. Vi vil derfor bede én fra hvert hold om at hjælpe os. Opgaverne vil blive fordelt på et møde i starten af august, så noter derfor navn og email på den holddeltager, der vil hjælpe. As in previous years we will have a PS!/FFB tent for the teams from the department, with free T-shirts from AU*, and beer and sausages for all participants. This year we will be registering the teams through the university, so despite what was written in the previous email there will be no registration fee. *Please note that this is the last year that AU will provide T-shirts to all runners, from next year only new runners will be provided with a T-shirt, so if you expect to run the DHL again in years to come, take care of your shirt! And: · Mark up the name and add 'helper' for one of you - (see below) The organisers would appreciate some help with some practical tasks for the event (for example, setting up the tent and transporting items to Mindeparken). Therefore we would like to ask one member of each team to assist. We will hold a meeting in early August to distribute tasks, so please include the name and email address of the team member who will help in the email to the organisers when you register. The strict deadline for registering is 10:00 (in the morning) on Monday the 20th of April, but as people tend to register quickly it would be smart to act fast!
