Conference: How do we attract more women researchers to AU? [AU has an ambition to be better at retaining talented female researchers and to recruit more women in areas with a skewed gender balance. Photo: Lars Kruse, AU.] Dear colleagues, I strongly urge you to sign up for this important conference on March 8, where IFA’s Gender Equality Committee is the initiator and co-organizer. The purpose of the conference is to strengthen the opportunities for more women to choose a research career at AU. I would like us to use the conference as a common kick-start and frame of reference for future discussions at IFA. The conference starts at 10:00, there is lunch at 12:00, and from 13:00-15:00 we will focus on specific ST and science related questions.
