Kære alle

Fra 1. februar starter perioden, hvor alle medarbejdere kan fremsende oplysninger til brug for lønforhandlingerne på Nat-Tech. Lønforhandlingsrammen er i år på op til 0,5%.

Perioden for afgivelse af oplysninger til brug for lønforhandlingen er 1. februar til 23. februar 2023.

På denne side finder du også et link til den formular, hvor du skal fremsende dine oplysninger til brug for lønforhandlingen. Bemærk, at formularen først kan tilgås fra d. 1. februar.

Hvis du har spørgsmål i forbindelse med indgivelse af oplysninger til brug for de årlige lønforhandlinger, er du velkommen til kontakte Nat-Tech HR. HR kan også svare på evt. spørgsmål til din nuværende løn, hvilken forhandlingsgruppe du tilhører eller lignende. Har du spørgsmål til lønaftaler, lønkriterier og lignende, er du velkommen til at kontakte din forhandlingsberettigede tillidsrepræsentant.

Lønforhandlingerne afsluttes i juni, og lønforbedringerne er gældende fra den 1. april 2023.

Dear all,

From 1 February, the period begins where employees can submit information for the pay negotiations at Nat-Tech. This year the pay negotiation budget is fixed at up to max. 0.5%.

The period for submission of information for the annual pay negotiations is 1 - 23 February 2022.

On this page you will also find a link to the form where you should state your information for the pay negotiations. Please note, that the form will be available from 1 February.

If you have any questions in relation to providing proposals for the pay negotiations, please contact Nat-Tech HR. HR can also answer questions regarding your current salary, which negotiation group you belong to etc. Please contact your trade union representative (with negotiation right) in connection with questions regarding salary agreements, salary criteria etc.

The pay negotiations are finished by June, and pay increases have effect from 1 April 2023.
