Dear all (only relevant if you intend to apply for the Sapere Aude grant),

Please find attached the process plan for the IRFD/DFF Sapere Aude call with deadline on 23 March 2022.

Please note, that the RSO can provide full support for only a limited number of applicants (see attachment for details), and the departments should therefore send a list of applicants in prioritised order, when signing up for RSO support. This prioritization will be performed according to criteria like scientific age, citations pr. publication, impact factor of the journals in which you have published, h-index etc. and the relevance of your project to the research performed at IFA.

If you plan to apply, and you would like to be enrolled in the RSO process, please send me an e-mail by Monday 31st at noon at the latest, addressing the above mentioned criteria and a short description of your research idea and field.

The time frame for local pitch sessions is the first two weeks of February. You also have the possibility to get feedback from a more experienced physics/astronomy colleague, who will need to see your application by March 7th, and will provide feedback by March 14th, leaving time for you to implement any changes before the deadline March 23rd. Please indicate in your e-mail if you would like to enroll for the pitch session and/or application feedback as well.

Best regards, Ulrik
