DHL Stafet torsdag den 22 august 2024.

 

Som tidligere år sørger PS! for et telt for IFA hold. Der vil være øl og pølser til alle deltagere.

 

Vi tilmelder holdene via AU, så der skal ikke betales registreringsgebyr.

 

Både ansatte og ph.d.-studerende kan tilmelde hold á 5 personer. Man får en løbe t-shirt, hvis man deltager for første gang.

 

For at registrere et hold send venligst en e-mail til Aurelien Dantan (dantan@phys.au.dk) indeholdende følgende oplysninger:

•             Holdnavn

For hver af de fem løbere:

•             Navn

•             E-mail

•             Fødselsår

•             Køn

•             T-shirt størrelse* (for dem der løber DHL stafet for første gang)

•             Løbernes rækkefølge

 

Fristen for tilmelding er torsdag den 16. maj, men da folk har tendens til at registrere hurtigt, vil det være smart at handle hurtigt!

 

Hvis der er enkeltpersoner, der ønsker at komme på et hold, kan de også sende en e-mail til Aurelien (dantan@phys.au.dk), og så vil vi prøve at finde nogle holdkammerater.

DHL 5 km relay race 2024.

Race day: Thursday 22nd August 2024.

As in previous years we will host a PS! tent for teams from IFA, with beer and sausages for all participants.

Following the procedure from last year, we will be registering the teams via AU, so there will be no registration fee to pay

Both PhD students and staff can register teams of 5 participants. A running Tshirt is given to those who participate for the first time.

To register your team please send an email to Aurelien (dantan@phys.au.dk) including

•             The team name

For each of the five runners:

•             Name

•             Email address

•             Birth year

•             Gender

•             T-shirt size required* (only if you run the DHL relay for the first time)

•             The order in which they will run.

 

The strict deadline for registering is Thursday, May 16th, but as people tend to register quickly it would be smart to act fast!

Individuals who want to be on a team can also send an email to Aurelien Dantan (dantan@phys.au.dk) and we will try to find some teammates.
