As announced on the homepage of IFA a workshop will be held on the subject of Ion Beam Cancer Therapy (TRIBCT2014) next week at Skejby. There is a fee of €175 for attendance, but if you promise not to drink too much of our coffee, it will be perfectly okay for you to attend free of charge! See http://tribct2014.au.dk/ for programme etc. Note that the first day features a tutorial "Cancer Therapy for Physicists", where you will be given a unique opportunity to learn how this highly interdisciplinary field works.
