Kære alle I forbindelse med renovering af 1520-1, som starter først i maj måned, flyttes Informationskontoret til 1525-2. Det betyder at al post og pakker bliver leveret direkte til 1525-2 i renoveringsperioden (3 måneder). Fax og kontorartikler flyttes med. Også brevbakkerne bliver flyttet, således at I skal hente jeres post og pakker i 1525-2 i gangen hen mod Torben Hyltofts værksted. Bemærk: at hverken post eller pakker står så beskyttede der, da der er åbent til alle sider, så jeg vil gerne opfordre jer til at tjekke post HVER dag. Parkeringsplads mod nord ved 1525 indgangen: de 3 første parkeringspladser bliver spærrede for personaleparkering, så vi sikrer os, at der er plads til at pakkebilerne kan komme til. Det vil vi bede jer respektere. I uge 18 må I påregne et nedsat serviceniveau i informationen, da der går nogle dage med at få alting på plads og herudover har Birthe 2 dages ferie hvor vi har studentermedhjælpere på. Parking space at the entrance in the northern end of 1525: the first 3 parking spaces will be blocked for staff parking, in order to ensure that there is room for the delivery trucks.
