Kære underviser

Sommereksamen står for døren, og i år skal alle eksaminer afvikles i AU’s nye fælles digitale eksamenssystem, WISEflow, som har afløst Digital Eksamen.

I logger på WISEflow via dette link og vil kunne se jeres eksaminer i systemet i løbet af maj/juni. I vil få direkte besked i jeres mailboks fra WISEflow, når de enkelte eksaminer er sat op.

På supportsiden au.dk/wiseflow kan I få hjælp til at komme godt i gang med WISEflow. Siden indeholder bl.a. tekniske vejledninger, oversigt over introduktionskurser og link til supporten.

I kan også allerede nu afprøve bedømmelsesprocessen i WISEflow via systemets testfunktion (”demoflow”), som I finder på systemets forside.

Vi håber, at I alle kommer godt i gang med det nye fælles eksamenssystem. Hvis I har spørgsmål eller oplever tekniske problemer, er I velkomne til at kontakte Studiesystemsupporten.

Særlige opmærksomhedspunkter i WISEflow

• Du kan i WISEflow kun indtaste dine bedømmelser inden for den bedømmelsesfrist, som er angivet i systemet. Læs mere om, hvordan du bedømmer på supportsiden.
• I WISEflow gemmes de studerendes eksamensbesvarelser af GDPR-hensyn kun i 1 år. Hvis du har behov for at gemme en eksamensbesvarelse, skal du huske, at download og opbevaring af de studerendes besvarelser efter bedømmelsesperioden forudsætter, at du har deres forudgående samtykke.

Sådan bliver de studerende klædt på

• De studerende får information om det nye system via deres AU-mail og studieportaler. Du kan se den mail, de studerende netop har modtaget i sidste uge vedhæftet her. De kan også finde tekniske vejledninger og meget andet på studerende.au.dk/wiseflow.

The summer exams are just around the corner, and this year, all exams will be administered in WISEflow, the new exam system that has replaced Digital Exams.

Sign in to WISEflow with this link. You will be able to see your exams in the system in May/June. You will receive an email from WISEflow for each of your exams when the assessment period starts.

You’ll find the information you need to get started in WISEflow on the support webpage, au.dk/wiseflow. The page contains how-to guides, an overview of introductory courses and support team contact info.

In the meantime, you can also test-drive the assessment process in WISEflow using the system’s test function (‘demo flow’), which you’ll find at the bottom of the system’s landing page.

Good to know about WISEflow

• In WISEflow, you can only register students’ grades within the assessment deadlines specified in the system. Read more about how the assessment process works on the support webpage. 
• Students’ exam papers are only saved in WISEflow for one year, in compliance with GDPR regulations. If you need to save a exam paper for a longer period, note that that downloading and saving students' exam papers after the assessment period ends requires their prior consent.

How students are being prepared

• Students will receive information about the new system by AU email and on their study portals. Attached you can see the e-mail the students received just last week. They can also access technical guides and other useful information at studerende.au.dk. 
• Students who are taking written on-site exams need to download two applications, Device Monitor and Lockdown Browser, before their exams. They will be informed about this well in advance of their exams.
