Den 1. februar 2012 overgår instituttet til elektronisk registrering af ferie og alt andet fravær. Det betyder, at det fra den dato er medarbejderen selv, der skal foretage disse registreringer.

Vi har udarbejdet såvel en dansk som en engelsk vejledning til registreringen, se link nedenfor. Vejledningen ligger desuden på instituttets hjemmeside under Medarbejderinformation.

En del af vore forskere er vant til at bede deres sekretær holde styr på dette, og det kan I naturligvis fortsat gøre, såfremt I har brug for det.

As of 1 February 2012 the Department implements electronic registration of holidays and other types of absence. As an effect, each employee has to register his/her own holidays and absence.

Some of our researchers have previously asked their secretary to assist them register their holidays, which they, of course, may continue to do.
