Kære undervisere ved Institut for Fysik og Astronomi,

 

Undervisningsskemaet for E24 er nu klar til et kvalitetstjek—deadline 11. april. Baggrunden er som sagt, at vi er overgået til curriculum-baseret undervisningsplanlægning hvilket betyder, at undervisningsskemaet for E24 offentliggøres d. 24. april 2024.

 

Hvordan foretager jeg et kvalitetstjek af undervisningsskemaet?

Du tilgår undervisningsskemaet via timetable.au.dk, som normalt. Vi vil bede dig sikre, at de planlagte timer stemmer overens med de indmeldte oplysninger for dit kursus, og at der ikke optræder fejl og/eller mangler.

Vi skal understrege at der er tale om et kvalitetstjek af det endelige skema. Når vi har hørt tilbage fra dig, og der er foretaget de nødvendige, kritiske rettelser, betragtes undervisningsskemaet som endeligt.

Forespørgsler om ændringer efter skemaet er offentliggjort kan bl.a. betyde, at studerende får overlap mellem kurser, som de ellers ikke havde, da de tilmeldte sig kurserne.

 

Behov for at flytte enkelte undervisningsgange pga. konferencer, sygdom eller overlap, håndteres løbende.

Dear instructors at Department of Physics and Astronomy,

 

The teaching schedule E24 is now ready for quality assurance—deadline April 11th. The background for this is, that the teaching schedule is now curriculum-based. This means, that the final teaching schedule E24 will be published April 24th 2024.

 

How do I perform a quality assurance of the teaching schedule?

You can access the teaching schedule via timetable.au.dk, as usual. Please ensure, that the scheduled activities are in keeping with the registered information for your course, and that there a no errors and/or anything missing.

We would like to emphasize, that you are performing a quality assurance for the final schedule. Once we’ve heard back from you, and implemented any necessary, critical corrections, the teaching schedule will be considered final.

Any requests for changes to the schedule, after is has been published, can cause students to have overlapping courses, that they didn’t have, at the time of their enrollment onto the courses.

 

Changes to a single teaching instance due to a conference, illness, or overlap, will be addressed continually.
