(english version below) Kære ansatte, nu er det snart tid til instituttets årlige skovtur. Tilmeldingen er netop åbnet, så nu har du mulighed for at tilmelde dig og din kollega til instituttets hyggeligste arrangement. Hvad? IFAs Årlige Skovtur Skovturen er en institutudflugt, hvor vi - som navnet antyder - går en tur i en skov. Undervejs vil der være lidt til ganen, samt sandwiches og snacks undervejs. Dagen afsluttes på festlig vis med noget af en festbanket på en lokal kro. Hvornår? Torsdag, d. 13. oktober 2016, kl. 12:00 - 22. Vi kører i bus fra parkeringspladsen mellem fysik og kemi kl. 12:00. Vi er tilbage omkring kl. 22. Hvorfor? Skovturen er en unik mulighed for at have en hyggelig dag med dine kollegaer udenfor de faste rammer på arbejdet. Vi tør næsten garantere at du kommer til at have en god dag. Hvor? Det er en overraskelse. Ingen ved hvorfor det er hemmeligt, men nu er det en tradition. Vi kan afsløre at det er et sted i Jylland. Hvem? Alle ansatte og studerende på instituttet er velkomne. Tilmelding? Senest mandag d. 3. oktober 2016, i Informationen ved direkte betaling af prisen på 180 dkk i kontanter (kun aftalte penge). The registration has just opened so you and your colleagues have now got the possibility to register and participate in the departments most cosy event. What? IFAs annual picnic The picnic is a department excursion, where we make a trip to the woods. During the trip there will be refreshments, as well as sandwiches and snacks. The day ends with a dinner at a local inn. When? Thursday, 13th of October 2016, at 12:00 AM - 10 PM. We will depart by bus from the parking lot between physics and chemistry at 12:00 AM. We will be back around 10 PM. Why? The IFA picnic is a unique opportunity to have a nice day with your colleagues outside of the work environment. We almost guarantee that you will have a great day. Where? Well, it’s a surprise. No one knows why it is a secret, but it has become a tradition not to reveal the location of the trip. We can disclose that it will take place somewhere in Jutland. Who? All employees and students are invited. Registration? Monday the 3rd of October by the latest at the Information Desk with the payment of the price of 180 dkk in cash (only correct change). NB!
