skrive eller ringe i forvejen.
Vi vil gerne undgå at der står nogen i kø og venter, ligesom vi gerne vil kunne afslutte ekspeditionen hurtigst muligt for den enkelte.

Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager er det kun AU-computere vi hjælper med at få VPN-adgang hjemmefra. Vi kan derfor ikke supportere private computere, hverken opsætningsmæssigt, eller med efterfølgende fejlsøgning, hvis nogen selv har forsøgt
at løse VPN-adgangen.

We would like to avoid anyone standing in line waiting, just as we would like to be able to finish the task as quickly as possible.

For computer security reasons, we will only help with AU computers get VPN access from home. Therefore, we cannot support private computers, neither set-up, nor with subsequent support, if anyone has attempted
to resolve the VPN access themselves.
