Dear all

This year the VIP-Student Matchmaking event will take place online via Zoom on Friday 18 September. The participating research groups will give presentations on the group’s activities every 20 minutes during the period 14:00-16:00 (14:00, 14:20, 14:40, 15:00 etc.), which the students can sign in and listen to via a Zoom-link.

In the registration you must provide a link to a Zoom-meeting scheduled for Friday 18 September 14:00-16:00. You or a group representative (post doc/PhD student) will have to present online for 10-15 minutes followed by questions from the students.

All the Zoom-links will be collected in a booklet and send to the students so they know where to find each Zoom meeting.

If you need help to create a Zoom meeting, we will be happy to help you.
