Så er det tid til den årlige lønforhandling, hvor du kan ansøge om lønforbedringer. Du kan fra den 3.-24. februar fremsende oplysninger til brug for lønforhandlingerne her: https://medarbejdere.au.dk/administration/hr/lonadm/loenforhandling/loenforhandlinger-paa-nat-tech/ (Aktiveres først 3. februar). Lønforhandlingerne forventes afsluttet i juni, og lønforbedringerne er gældende fra 1. april 2020.

Now is the time for the yearly salary negotiations, where you can apply for a salary raise. If you have questions regarding salary agreements, salary criteria etc. please contact your trade union representative (with negotiation right), which you can find here:

The salary negotiations are expected to be finished in June, and the salary increases have effect from April 1, 2020.
