WISEflow er pr. 1. marts 2024 AU’s nye fælles system til digital eksamen. 

Det nye fælles system erstatter Digital Eksamen på NAT. 

Det skal du være opmærksom på, inden systemerne lukker:

Du skal downloade det materiale, du har behov for at gemme. Deadline er:

30. april 2024 for Digital Eksamen.

Bemærk, at download og opbevaring af de studerendes besvarelser efter bedømmelsesperioden forudsætter deres forudgående samtykke.

Du kan finde alle specialer fra de sidste to år i AU’s projektbibliotek (Pure).

Du kan i særlige tilfælde få hjælp hos Studiesystemsupporten, hvis du har behov for at kunne tilgå Digital Eksamen, efter at systemet er lukket. Det kan fx være, hvis du af forskellige grunde (fx orlov eller sygdom) har været forhindret i at downloade dit materiale inden deadline.

Plagieringskontrollen i Ouriginal fortsætter med det nye fælles WISEflow. Det vil altså også fremadrettet være muligt at tjekke for tekstlighed i eksamensbesvarelser, som blev afleveret i de gamle systemer.

Kom godt i gang med WISEflow

Du vil høre mere om det nye fælles WISEflow frem mod sommereksamen. Allerede nu kan du finde tekniske vejledninger og melde dig til introkursus på au.dk/wiseflow. Du logger ind i WISEflow med WAYF via dette link. Indtil den 31. marts vil du evt. blive bedt om at vælge licens. Vælg licensen ”Aarhus Universitet” for at komme ind i det nye WISEflow.

Dear lecturer, 

WISEflow is AU's new system for digital exams. The new system was introduced on 1 March 2024.  

The new system replaces the Digital Exams system formerly used at NAT.  

What you need to know before the old systems are retired for good: 

Download any exam materials you need to save. The deadline is: 

30 April 2024 for Digital Exams

Please note that you may only download and save students' exam papers after the end of the assessment period if you have their prior consent.  

All Master's theses from the last two years are available in AU’s project library (PURE).

In special cases, you can get help from the Study System Support team if you need to access Digital Exams after the system have been retired. For example, you may be unable to download the material you need before the deadline for various reasons (such as a leave of absence or illness).  

The electronic plagiarism checker in Ouriginal will remain available in the new AU-wide WISEflow setup. It will also still be possible to screen exam papers delivered in one of the old systems for duplicate content. 

Get off to a good start with WISEflow 

You’ll receive more information about the new WISEflow system as we approach the summer exam period. You can also get how-to guides and sign up for an introductory training session at au.dk/wiseflow. To sign into the new WISEflow system, click this link. Until 31 March, you might be asked to select a license. If so, select the licence named ‘Aarhus University’.
