Via den Fysiske APV samt efterfølgende klager over røggener i kontorer, har sikkerhedsgruppen for området drøftet henvendelserne. Vi har endvidere fået Bygningstjenesten til at tjekke ventilationsanlæg samt luftindtag, og der er foretaget kontrol i bygningen. Det viser sig at der ryges på flere af vore altaner, hvilket kan forklare de røggener, der opstår på kontorerne.

Det indskærpes derfor, at det fremover vil være strengt forbudt at ryge på altanerne i vore bygninger. Askebægre vil blive fjernet omgående.

Fremover må der kun ryges udenfor bygningen ved bygning 1525  og 1522 (nord).

The safety group has discussed the descriptions in the physical workplace assessment and complaints regarding nuisance from smoke in offices. Thus, Building Service has been instructed to inspect the ventilation system, as well as the air intake, and check the buildings. It turns out that several of our balconies are used for smoking, which can explain the smoke nuisance in the offices.

Therefore, we emphasise that from now on it will be strictly prohibited to smoke on the balconies of our buildings. Ashtrays will be removed immediately.

Smoking is only allowed outside by building 1525 and 1522 (north).
