- Denmark to
host EQTC 2025
- Denmark will host the
European Quantum Technologies Conference (EQTC) in the second half of 2025 as part of its EU Presidency. This conference is part of the EU’s “Quantum Flagship” initiative to enhance Europe’s quantum technology position, foster industrial growth, and
make Europe a leading hub for research and investment. Aarhus University will play an active role in planning.
Funding Opportunities
- DeepTechLab Quantum - funding
for early-stage start-ups
- One-year program with an investment of 4 million DKK (~0.5 million EUR).
- Open to technologies within quantum or quantum-enabling fields.
- Offers access to office space, training, and networking in Copenhagen.

- Q-Access Programme
- Deadline for Applications: January 6, 2025
- Provides access to quantum computing resources from leading providers for researchers at Danish universities and other stakeholders. Applications are accepted twice annually.

- Deadline for
applications: January 7, 2025
- Scholarships are available for PhD and postdoc researchers, as well as businesses.
