Dear Lab Users, Attached are the updated cleaning groups for spring 2025. To make sure everyone is properly introduced to the group and the cleaning plan, as a group leader, please arrange a brief meeting with your group during the next couple of weeks. To make sure our labs are clean, organized, and well stocked is a vital part of our lab work, as it ensures a good workflow, well-working equipment, and in the end more reliable results. And just a reminder: * The cleaning schedules/ SOPs can be found on SharePoint. * The group assigned a specific lab/room is responsible for printing the new schedule and switching it with the old one. * If any of the tasks doesn't make sense or are outdated, please write me, and I will remove them from the schedule. * The cleaning group is responsible for carrying out a weekly (30min per person per week) thorough cleaning of their designated lab(s) as well as a few "in depth" monthly tasks. * Please remember that everyone needs to be participating in the lab cleaning every week, even if you aren't doing any lab work that specific week. * Our labs are busy, so remember to book the lab areas when you plan to clean them. * The official time for the lab cleaning is on Thursdays at 9.00-9.30 Please let me know if you have any questions or if you find mistakes or omissions in the cleaning groups.
