Dear Lab Users, Attached are the updated cleaning groups for autumn 2025. We will go over the general guidelines for lab cleaning at our Lab User Meeting on Tuesday, but if you have any questions beforehand, please don't hesitate to ask! Please read the following beforehand, so we have a common starting point for the meeting 🙂 To make sure everyone is properly introduced to the group and the cleaning plan, as a group leader, please arrange a brief meeting with your group during the next week or so. Making sure our labs are clean, organized, and well stocked is a vital part of our lab work, as it ensures a good workflow, well-working equipment, and in the end more reliable results. And just a reminder: * The cleaning schedules/ SOPs can be found on SharePoint. * The group assigned a specific lab/room is responsible for printing the new schedule and switching it with the old one. * If any of the tasks doesn't make sense or are outdated, please write me, and I will update the schedule. * The cleaning group is responsible for carrying out a weekly (approx. 30min per person per week) thorough cleaning of their designated lab(s) as well as a few "in depth" monthly tasks. * Please remember that everyone needs to be participating in the lab cleaning every week, even if you aren't doing any lab work that specific week. * Our labs are busy, so remember to book the spaces when you plan to clean them. * The official time for the lab cleaning is on Thursdays at 9.00-9.30 Please let me know if you have any questions or if you find mistakes or omissions in the cleaning groups.
