Please find a summer update from the heads of the department of infectious diseases (Lars and Sigrid). The update is unfortunately only in danish. Sorry

It contains mostly info on the structural organisational changes (Masterplan) for the reduction in department beds and the work related to this reduction such as doctor on-duty responsibilities, outpatient clinic staffing etc.

But also brief notice about the hospital-in-the-home project that will be established in the department over the coming year and how that  impact patient flow and meets the department organization.

It does not impact directly our research unit but if you are curious about this come see me or ask your colleagues.
