FW: Practical things about the NCRR move
Hi everyone, The moving is getting closer. Would it be possible for those physically at NCRR to make sure that things belonging to Mette Lise, Katrine and Danni are moving to the new building? I will be in Denmark next week and I will pack my things myself. Best Oleguer From: Anne Vested <anne.vested@ph.au.dk> Date: Thursday, 30 October 2025 at 13:35 To: centermail <centermail.ncrr@maillist.au.dk> Subject: [Centermail.ncrr] Practical things about the NCRR move Dear everyone, NCRR moving day -20th of November - is quickly approaching so please find below some practical information: From next week (week 45), you will be able to visit the Department of Public Health (Buildings 1260, 1261, and 1264, Bartholins Allé 2, 8000 Aarhus C) to have a look at your new office in order to be able to decide which furniture to bring and how your office can be arranged with desks and other office furniture. Doors are open between 8 and 16 hours. Before you go, please come by my office and pick up a printed copy overview of your new office (they will be ready for you from Friday afternoon, the 31st of October). On the printed office overviews, please indicate where your desk and other furniture should be placed and return them to me. I will se to that they will be placed on the doors for each office at the Department of Public Health for the moving company to be able to place the furniture correctly in each office. Please deliver the filled in office overviews to me no later than Tuesday the 18th of November 😊 We already received the moving boxes (building 2641 by the elevator), so please help yourselves. We are still awaiting the moving labels – but they should arrive shortly (I will let you know). Once they have arrived, you are welcome to come by my office and collect your office specific labels. There is also an overview in my office over all offices at the Department of Public Health. You are welcome to come by and see if you do not already know your new office number. Remember to label all furniture and moving boxes before November 20th so that the moving company will know where to put your things. Everything including IT-equipment like computer monitors, cameras etc. should be packed into moving boxes. NB: Please note only to put one computer monitor pr box. I will order bubble wrap/paper for proper wrapping of your pictures/knick-knacks etc. and let you know once this has arrived. Furniture that is not going to be moved, (i.e., desks that are too big, and shelves that are fixed to the wall) please leave without labels. If you have received an e-mail that you will get a new desk at the Department of Public Health, please leave your old desk unlabelled. The moving company will take care of those afterwards. Please do not leave anything in your offices besides that. Please don’t hesitate to ask if anything regarding the move is unclear.
