Kære studerende  

Du har i dag modtaget en mail med information om, at din mailboks flytter fra post.au.dk til Microsoft Exchange (Outlook). 

Der er begrænsning på, hvor meget data der kan flytte med. Din mailboks indeholder desværre mails, der er for store til, at dit indhold kan flyttes automatisk: 

• Enkeltmails må maksimalt fylde 35 mb. 

• Din samlede mailboks må maksimalt fylde 450 mb. 

Hvis du ønsker at få dit indhold med over i din nye mailboks, skal du rydde op inden den 1. maj 2025.

På Mitstudie finder du en guide til, hvordan du nemt rydder op i din mailboks. 

Her kan du også se, hvilke mails, der er for store, eller om det er din samlede mailboks, der overstiger begrænsningen. 

Bemærk

Måske har du allerede ryddet op i din mailboks, når du modtager denne mail. I så fald vil du ikke få vist oprydningsguiden i toppen af Mitstudie, og så skal du ikke foretage dig noget. Dine gamle mails vil automatisk blive flyttet.

Dear student, 

Today you received an email informing you that your mailbox is moving from post.au.dk to Microsoft Exchange (Outlook).

There is a limit to how much data can be moved to the new platform. Your mailbox contains mails that are too large for your content to be moved automatically:

• Emails must not exceed 35 MB.

• Your total mailbox must not exceed 450 MB.

If you want the contents of your post.au.dk mailbox to be moved to your new Outlook mailbox, you need to clean up your emails before 1 May 2025.

In Mitstudie, you can also see which of your emails are too large or whether you just have too many mails (over 450 MB).

Please note

A few students may have already deleted large emails when they receive this message. If you’re one of these students, you will not see a cleanup guide at the top of Mitstudie (mystudies.au.dk). This means you don’t have to do anything – your old emails will be moved automatically.
