Dear all,

The ‘Organic Synthesis’ course has started, and in this regard, it would be nice if you could already start thinking about Literature Syntheses now.

The course offers a perfect chance of having students making starting materials for you.

You can send an email to the Chemistry Shop with the name of the chemicals you need for the synthesis, and the Chemistry Shop will buy them.

The syntheses should be well described in literature, and it should be possible to find them by SciFinder or Reaxys searches. Furthermore, it is preferable that the syntheses have been conducted within the group before and that the scale is less than 3 grams for non-crystallizable compounds.

Attached you will find a document to fill out for the Literature Synthesis.
