Dear project partners, In our upcoming WP2-meeting this Thursday 04.09., we will discuss the requirements needed for T2.2 and D2.1, respectively. The WIP T2.2 document ([docx-Symbol] D2.1_T2.2_Requirements.docx<https://fraunhofer.sharepoint.com/:w:/s/bi0SpACe/ES8O8WtCNdxGhrLjJgdxYvUB5ZBPV45rS0vFGjLlJyueBQ?e=GuvlfL>), organizes the requirements by component / layer in the conceptual architecture. * @ all component owners (ML Services, Material & Process Flow Tracing, IMF, etc.) - please prepare the requirements for your component prior to the meeting and add yorr input directly to the document with track changes active. * @ pilot partners - requirements derived from your use cases and user stories are captured in dedicated tables linked by their IDs. Please search for your short name (GLB, FSK, NAT, NOR) and verify/complete the entries. If you have any questions, please reach out to me. * @ all - if you identify any requirement, functional (e.g., ) or non-functional (how something should be done) - or gap - please feel free to send your input to me. Dear project partners, Regarding the T2.1 section within the D2.1 deliverable, and following the emails requesting the completion of the TBD information from the different pilots, this is the current status based on the provided document: D2.1_Draft_v4_CARTIF.docx <https://aarhusuniversitet.sharepoint.com/:w:/r/sites/TECHbi0SpaCEHEUProject/Delte%20dokumenter/WP2/D2.1/D2.1_Draft_v4_CARTIF.docx?d=wcc58d501f45c4160b8e74932e7630df1&csf=1&web=1&e=Do5k5M> _Current status of pilot use cases section_: * *Fiskeby *→ Reviewed, but baseline and target for KPI1.5 are still to be defined. * *Noriware *→ Pending review by the pilot (KPIs still to be defined). * *Naturae *→ Ongoing. * *GreenLab *→ Reviewed, but baseline and target for some KPIs are still to be specified. _CARTIF contributions to subsections_: * 2.1.5 Lessons Learned → Added. * 2.1.6 Conclusions and Input for T2.2 → Added. * Appendices → Added. * B. List of stakeholders consulted → Ongoing. For tomorrow’s WP2 meeting, we kindly request that _at least one representative from each pilot (this may also be the associated technology partner)_ present or explain the challenges you are facing in completing the missing information. The goal is to work together all of us to find solutions and define the details, if possible, taking into account that D2.1 is due this same month. Hello Ina, Dev, Based on the conclusion from WP2 teleconference related to T2.6, I would like to start the process of having dedicated teleconferences with pilots and their technical partners about the data collection process. This communication should include also the work related to T3.1 (sensor installation). I need a support for defining which partners should be involved in which pilot teleconference, so that we can have all relevant partners in each teleconference.
