According to Dev’s comments we have set a “version 2” for the questionnaire. If there are no further issues during the monthly WP2 meeting today, we will name this version “final” and send it to all partners.

Yes you are right, every partner has to complete the questionnaire until 23/05/2025 (latest – the sooner, the better 😊). After that we will compile the collected information into D1.1 (due in M06).

Dear Ina,

    Please, apologies for our late reply. Regarding the DMP questionnaire, we don't have any further comments beyond those already made by Dev to the questions provided in the document. I understand that once approved and there is a final version, we will have to complete the questionnaire, won't we?

    On the other hand, I would like to point out that this Thursday 17th, it is a bank holiday here, due to Easter time, so CARTIF won't be able to attend. Sorry for the inconveniences this may cause.

Dear bi0SpaCE partners,

This is a gentle reminder regarding the requirement for a data management plan (DMP) as part of the Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement. We need to deliver the first version of the DMP by month 06:

1. D1.1 Data Management Plan (DMP) v1 due: M06

To assist in gathering the necessary information for the DMP, Fraunhofer IOSB has created a brief questionnaire for each partner to complete.

 

In the DMP folder in the WP-2 teams  Data Management Plan you will find:

1. The slides from Gerd’s presentation at the last WP2 meeting
2. The draft of the questionnaire.

 

Please provide any corrections, additions, or comments by 14/04/2025. If we do not hear from you, we will assume your consent.

 

We will address the status of the DMP in our WP2 monthly on 17/04/2025 as well.

 

Following this, we will share the final version of the questionnaire, which should be completed by mid-May 2025.
