Dear bi0SpaCE partners,

This is a gentle reminder regarding the requirement for a data management plan (DMP) as part of the Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement. We need to deliver the first version of the DMP by month 06:

• D1.1 Data Management Plan (DMP) v1 due: M06

To assist in gathering the necessary information for the DMP, Fraunhofer IOSB has created a brief questionnaire for each partner to complete.

In the DMP folder in the WP-2 teams  Data Management Plan you will find:

• The slides from Gerd’s presentation at the last WP2 meeting
• The draft of the questionnaire.

Please provide any corrections, additions, or comments by 14/04/2025. If we do not hear from you, we will assume your consent.

We will address the status of the DMP in our WP2 monthly on 17/04/2025 as well.

Following this, we will share the final version of the questionnaire, which should be completed by mid-May 2025.
