To simplify finding suitable time slots for all components, the doodle should be answered by everyone related to one of the following components by Thursday 29.01. Example: Jane Doe, Partner XY, SCES (mandatory), Opti uncertainty (optional) Based on the answers we will then try to find slots between 1h and 2h (depending on the estimated complexity of the component and availability of required personnel) for each component and send out invitations by Friday morning.
