[Bi0space-wp2] FYI - introduction of use case and user story IDs

Dear project partners, please note that I introduced IDs for all use cases and user stories to ease traceability and communication throughout the project. I used the following pattern: [PILOTPARTNR-USECASE-USERSTORY] So for example: * [GLB-UC1-US1] refers to the first user story of the first use case of Greenlab. * [FSK-UC2-US3] refers to the third user story of the second use case of Fiskeby.
