In today’s WP2 monthly meeting, we will discuss the current state of the active WP2 tasks (T2.1, T2.2, T2.3 and T2.4).

Additionally, we will have a short 15 minute workshop on how to get started with user story ideation during the meeting.

For T2.2, T2.3, and T2.4, please prepare (and upload here) 1-2 slides for your Task, including the following:

• The needed input from T2.1
• Including the desired format
• And important questions to be answered
• A rough overview of the procedure you will follow to conduct your task
• Your specific goals

As T2.1 is concluding soon, it is crucial to focus on the necessary outcomes. Therefore, I kindly request that you detail the gaps that need to be addressed in T2.1 so that we can mitigate those gaps collaboratively and effectively.

I attached our example from FhG for an example on the level of detail (for the original slide, see: 20250509 - WP2 T2.1 Meeting)

Of course, this might look different for your Task.
