Dear pilots, dear technical partners,

In preparation of the GA in January, please take a look at Section “Architecture instantiation” in this set of slides: bi0SPaCE_architecture_GA_Presentation.pptx (Slide 16 – 26).

Here you’ll find the user stories (mapped to the corresponding bi0SpaCE components) and the KPIs that we collaboratively defined in D2.1 for your convenience.

Since D2.1, bi0SpaCE has made significant progress. Many things are clearer now and some may have changed.

Because of this, I kindly ask you to write down the following details for each pilot so we can plan the instantiation of the bi0SpaCE software framework for each pilot:

• Products to be modeled as DPP:
• NAME OF THE PRODUCT(S)
• Are all data there? (e.g. tech sheets, product descriptions, etc) YES / NO
• Systems to be connected:
• Exact name / version of the systems/databases
• Sensors to be installed and connected:
• Exact name / version of the sensor(s)
• bi0SpaCE KPIs at risk:
• Is there a KPI that won’t be met? E.g., because data is missing or sensors will not be installed,…?
• Other risks:
• Anything else that comes to your mind.
