please provide your contributions for D2.1 tomorrow in the respective files by 17.09 at 15:00:

• For T2.1 – experiments scenarios & expectations, this is: D2.1_Draft_v6_CARTIF.docx
• For T2.2 -  technical requirements specification, this is: D2.1_T2.2_Requirements.docx
• For T2.3 – social requirements specification, this is: D2.1_T2.3_v2_AU.docx

This is a hard deadline. I will compile the consolidated D2.1 immediately after.

The WP2 meeting on 18.09 at 13:30 is our final session before the D2.1 due date.

Unresolved issues must be cleared in advance so we can focus on finalizing D2.1.

@Pilot partners:

If any open points remain, coordinate with your technical partner before the meeting and email me a brief note explaining any missing contributions and when to expect them.

Dear WP2 bi0SpaCE partners,

    As we move towards finalising the D2.1 deliverable, we kindly remind you that there are still a few points pending in the T2.1 section that need to be addressed ASAP in order to complete the draft on time. Please see below a summary of the current status:

Pilots

• GreenLab: A few comments still need to be reviewed (Lucia). → Pending by DTU
• Fiskeby: Block diagram still missing, and the last KPI remains too “undefined.” There are also some highlighted TBD to be addressed → Pending
• Naturae: KPI table requires update. → Pending
• Noriware: Block diagram still missing. → Pending

    To stay aligned with the deliverable timeline, we kindly request that all missing information be provided by end of day tomorrow. This will allow sufficient time for internal consolidation and give FhG enough time to merge all contributions in a final draft prior its corresponding review. 

    Please, take into account that file version v5, we don't know why, was corrupted and if you had added any comment or content modification yesterday, it would have probably got lost or deleted. PLEASE, check this new v6 version D2.1_Draft_v6_CARTIF.docx
