Dear component owners,

This is a friendly reminder to please fill out the doodle today https://terminplaner6.dfn.de/en/p/47d2d763ca7f855390476eef145009d9-1582811

So far, I only received feedback from Dev. I am missing a response from the following components:

Everyone who is not owner of one of those components, please do not fill out the doodle and  ignore this email.

I know this doodle came on short notice but as the architecture needs to be finished until end of March we need to make progress here.

Best regards,

Michael

Subject: [bi0SpaCE] Component Description Meetings

Dear all,

As discussed in today’s meeting on architecture, we will have 1:1 calls of each component owner with Fraunhofer to complete/verify the component description/capabilities and their integration into bi0Space workflows.

As I am not 100% sure who to invite so I added everyone from AU/DTU and Nissatech subscribed to the WP2 mailing list. In case I missed anyone, please forward this email to them.

To simplify finding suitable time slots for all components, the doodle should be answered by everyone related to one of the following components by Thursday 29.01. EOB

You can find the doodle here https://terminplaner6.dfn.de/en/p/47d2d763ca7f855390476eef145009d9-1582811

For Digital Tagging and Material Flow Tracing we already have meetings scheduled as they are the most pressing ones.

We kindly ask each participant to indicate in their name used for answering this doodle which component(s) they are responsible for and if their presence for that component is mandatory or optional.

Example: Jane Doe, Partner XY, SCES (mandatory), Opti uncertainty (optional)

Based on the answers we will then try to find slots between 1h and 2h (depending on the estimated complexity of the component and availability of required personnel) for each component and send out invitations by Friday morning.

Regards,

Michael
