Dear Desi, First of all, happy new year to you all too!!! From CARTIF side, and if NISSATECH agrees, Workshop 02 would be advisable to be as much physical as possible although we wouldn't want to prevent anybody to join the discussion. Because this is a technical workshop, maybe technical colleagues from some partners cannot attend physically but virtually. The idea of this workshop, if we are not wrong is that it should be a hands-on and pilot-focused workshop where to assess current data readiness (which historical data can already be available, which data is going to be accessed thanks to the new sensors, which ones will be missing at all and more importantly, agree on next concrete actions (M12–M18). I mean, by the end of it we should have a clear picture of the data readiness per pilot, immediate needs and constraints and next short-term actions. For this, pilot representatives present at the meeting are essential. Thank you very much in advance. Hello all, All the best for the New Year for you and your families As a preparation for the Exploitation workshop during the Plenary meeting, we want to share some information related to expectations from the workshop. The workshop should be online since we would need more people from each partner The workshop will introduce the whole exploitation approach and provide instructions for the individual contributions of partners. Very briefly, the exploitation approach consists of three phases: Solution Definition (till M18), Market Feedback (M18-M28), Exploitation Plan (M28-M36). In this workshop, the question related to Solution Definition phase will be considered specifically. For a better control of the exploitation activities and IPR aspects, two concepts will be developed: * ER - Exploitable Result: significant result that could be commercially exploited (as a stand-alone product, process, service, etc.) During the definition of the ERs, three points must be considered: the technical feasibility of the result, the market expectations of the result and the interest of the partners to exploit the results in a commercial way. * KER - Key Exploitation Result: a relevant exploitation result for which the consortium decided to develop a business model. Operatively, the workshop will be focused on the definition of Exploitable Results for each partner. Main activity will be discussions to collect the relevant information for each type of result and manage the IPR aspects. Once ERs are defined, next step is to filter them, while taking into account the percentage of Market Acceptance in order to have a first approximation of the main KERs per sector. PREPARATORY ACTION for the workshop (each partner): Be prepared to provide information about the Exploitable Results (short description, impacts, market expectations and type) and the main IPR information (such as the main exploiters and the ownership percentage). For the typology of the ER, the following six options will be considered: Business Exploitation, Educational, Politics, Research, Standardisation, Social. Thank you for your collaboration Best regards Nenad ________________________________ From: Desislava Assentoft <desas@dtu.dk> Sent: 08 January 2026 13:41 To: bi0space-all@maillist.au.dk <bi0space-all@maillist.au.dk> Cc: DTU Construct Project Support <projectsupport@construct.dtu.dk> Subject: [Bi0space-all] bi0SpaCE General Assembly meeting – Day 2 workshops (physical / virtual) Dear all, Happy new year!
