Hello all,
The D7.1 deliverable should be submitted for internal review. The main part has been written by NISA and is complete. However,
some of your contributions are still missing, as listed below:
- UNI:
Contributions for sections relating to your tasks in WP7:

Collaboration with other projects
· There
is a question on workshop related to T7.2 – see figure 1 and text in yellow on that page
- All
research partners: Please provide contributions for Table 5 and Table 6
- All
partners: Please provide contributions for Table 8. There are certainly some events in which your organisation participates that could be relevant to our project.
- Almost
all partners@: Please complete Table 11 for both ‘Activities during the first six months of the project’ and ‘Dissemination and communication strategy until the end of the project’.
- CARTIF@:
For future contributions, please do not create a separate document, but insert your contributions into the main document.
- All
partners@: All partners who have contributed in any way should be listed in the ‘Contributor(s)” table on page 2 and in the ‘Revision history’ table on page 3. Please use the ‘Track Changes’ function for all contributions.

I have uploaded a new version of D7.1 which is almost ready.

I am kindly asking you to provide contributions that I have already requested for Table 11. There are some examples to help you understand what is expected.
Research partners are asked to provide information on relevant conferences and journals. All partners are asked to provide information on relevant events (e.g. fairs).
UNI: Could you review the month of the workshop on the need for DPP standards for bioproducts in Figure 1 (KPI 6.3 ). Please also contribute to the sections
related to T7.2,
We have also created a template to record dissemination and communication activities. Please complete this as soon as you carry out such an activity,
as the information collected will be used for the final dissemination deliverable (D7.2).
We have also created a template for publications. Each publication should be included in this Excel template as this information will be used for the
EC portal for the periodic and final reports.
Dev: Could you share with me who the reviewers of this delverable are? We plan to send it for review by the end of this week.

I would like to inform you that the draft version of Deliverable D7.1 has been uploaded to the D7.1 folder under WP7:
bi0SpaCE_Deliverable
D7.1.docx.
The document is also attached to this email.
We are leading the deliverable and will write most of the document.
However, we kindly request your contributions as outlined below:
All Partners:
- Complete the table 8 in Section “Initial Communication and Dissemination Plans” with information on communication/dissemination activities conducted
during the first 6 months of the project, as well as your plans for such activities until the project's conclusion. Some examples can be found below the table.
Research Partners:
- Provide input for Tables 5 and 6 regarding journals and conferences that are potential targets for your project-related publications.
All Partners:
- Contribute to Table 7 with information on events (e.g., fairs, events organized by relevant associations, events organized by your organization, events
where the project could be presented with a poster or booth, etc.).
UNI:
- Provide input for Section 3.6 concerning plans for collaboration with other projects.
Kindly review the document at your earliest convenience and provide any feedback or additional input as necessary.
We would appreciate receiving your contributions by Friday, June 13, to facilitate an internal review of the deliverable by Tuesday, June 17. Feedback
from internal reviewers is expected by Tuesday, June 24, enabling us to submit the final version on Monday, June 30.
