Micheal: I provided (almost all) changes related to Section 3 and our responsibility

3 comments will be processed tomorrow morning

I hope that comments to be processed by pilots will be also processed before the teleconference

Just notice that I kept v0.7 (in the on line repository) which was the basis for creating the above referenced draft

Thank you again for your quick and constructive feedback during the review of D2.3.

I have updated the deliverable (except Section 3 which will be handled by Nenad) and addressed your comments.

The most changes have been made to the beginning of the document up to Section 2.3. Especially Sections 2.1 and 2.2 have had major changes.

It would be appreciated if you find the time to have another look at the changes made and my responses to your comments. Feel free to respond to the comments or resolve them when answered satisfactorily.
