To better coordinate the planning of the bi0SpaCE M12 GA meeting,  I kindly request all attendees to fill out their information on this Excel file: ​xlsx icon bi0SpaCE_M12_GA_attendence_list.xlsx

 

While it is understandable that you may have not have a confirmed travel plan yet, I would encourage that you at least fill out the key information (i.e., who will attend physically, if you will attend the dinner, social event, etc.) by 30/11 (Thu). 

 

This will help DTU and FHG better plan the facilities and activities for the GA meeting.
