Dear all,

As part of the bi0SPaCE project, Fraunhofer is responsible for preparing Deliverable D1.1 – the first version of the Data Management Plan (DMP), which is due by Month 6 (30/06/2025). As you know, the DMP is a mandatory requirement for all European projects.

This is our first official deliverable, and it is crucial that we submit it to the European Commission on time. Please remember that our internal bi0SPaCE process for deliverables begins six weeks prior to the official deadline — which means the process is already underway.

To prepare the DMP, we distributed a questionnaire to all bi0SPaCE partners, with a deadline to return the completed form by 23/05/2025. The responses are essential for drafting the DMP.

So far, we have only received completed questionnaires from Aarhus University, Noriware, and Greenlab. We urgently need input from the remaining partners. Even if your organization is not providing any datasets within the bi0SPaCE project, it is important that this is explicitly stated.

Without your timely contributions, we will not be able to submit the DMP by the EC deadline. Please prioritize this request and send us your input as soon as possible.

Dear bi0space partners,

as I heard from Ljiljana there is still some confusion about the Data Management Plan (DMP) and the questionnaire. If you are not sure how to fill the questionnaire, do not hesitate to  contact me directly. Next week we could have a short meeting to clarify your questions.

Please note that I will be on vacation from May 12 to May 23. The questionnaire should be completed until May 23. So please contact me if you need help filling the questionnaire.
