Dear all,
As agreed during our last WP2 meeting, and in preparation for the upcoming bi0SpaCE 6M Periodic Meeting, we will schedule a dedicated session to support the pilots in finalizing their user stories, as part of the ongoing Task 2.1 activities.
Please indicate your availability, by 2nd of June EoB via this Doodle poll:

It is important that at least one representative from each pilot and each technology partner attends, so we can ensure a productive discussion and provide the necessary support in refining the user stories.
As a reminder, it would be ideal for each pilot to have prepared the requested information outlined in my previous email by 30th May EoB. Please, check the mail below for more info.regarding the detailed inputs expected.
Thank you very much in advance for your collaboration.

Dear all,
As discussed during our last WP2 monthly meeting, you will now find, in each respective pilot folder within the T2.1 SharePoint directory T2.1 Experiments scenarios & expectations, the corresponding Excel file we referred to, that was shared by NATURAE in their dedicated meeting. As an example, you may review NATURAE’s file here NATURAE but, please, note that it is still under development and pending completion. Each pilot folder already contains a blank template to be filled in accordingly.
Additionally, each pilot subfolder includes an updated version of the Pilot Data Collection Template, which has been refined to incorporate essential inputs identified by the technology partners during ongoing tasks (T2.2, T2.3, T2.4, and so on). These updates are necessary to support the technical progress of these activities and they have been identified in yesterday's WP2 meeting. Please, see section 9 and beyond of the document.
To avoid too many scattered documents, a new subfolder named "Additional Info" has been created within each pilot folder. This folder contains several additional files and information already provided by pilot partners as part of Task T2.1 (and their content depends on what they have provided).
One important point to highlight is the definition of user scenarios/user stories, as perfectly explained by Ina. We would like to have initial drafts of the corresponding user stories ready by the end of this month. To support this, we will organize a dedicated T2.1 workshop focusing on user stories before the M6 online General Assembly by mid-June. A doodle poll will be circulated shortly to set the most suitable date for all participants.
Thank you very much in advance for your collaboration and support. Have a nice weekend.
Best regards,--
