NordiCHI 2026: Seeking Associate Chairs for LBW Track

We are currently expanding the NordiCHI 2026 Late-Breaking Work (LBW) Committee and are looking for Associate Chairs (ACs) to join the team.

We welcome both experienced researchers and late-stage PhD students and early-career postdocs, offering an opportunity to contribute as an AC while also supporting those gaining their first experience in the role.

The expected workload is around 4-6 poster papers (possibly more, depending on number of ACs) for which you will be expected to compose a light-weight review and contribute to an asynchronous discussion on PCS. Overall - these are short poster papers - the workload should be relatively manageable. There is no synchronous PC meeting.

The timeline is as follows:

May 18th Submission deadline
May 21st Bidding
June 22nd Reviews due
June 22nd to June 26th Discussion
June 30th Notifications sent to authors
August 7th Camera-Ready deadline
