Hello AlgoComp subscribers, This mail contains a list of programming competition-related events that will happen soon. First off there is the NWERC 2020 tryouts on the 6th of March where everyone is welcome to participate. See https://fb.me/e/1JUNyKHT8 for more information. On the 20th of March, the annual Norwegian programming competition IDI Open is held again - this time in a virtual format. Register your team at https://idiopen.idi.ntnu.no/open2021/ and make sure to put "Aarhus" as the location to not get mixed up with the on-site teams. The registration closes on the 16th of March, so register your team before then. Further information might follow in the case that we host some kind of virtual event for the Aarhus participants. Google Code Jam starts on the 26th of March with the usual Qualification Round. To qualify for the following Code Jam rounds you will have to score a number of points during the Qualification Round, which lasts 30 hours. We have created a Discord channel for the competitive programming community at Aarhus University.
